Legal basis: A contract with you in the interests of your company or with your company, or your request before entering into a contractual relationship;
Storage period: during the term of the contract.

Purpose # 3: Get to know users better and improve our services

Processed data: information about site visits provided by statistics services;
Legal basis: legitimate interest;
Storage period: 14 months.

Purpose # 4: Verifying initial and ongoing compliance screening and monitoring.

Processed data: first name, last name, date of birth, ID number, email address, address, phone number, country of origin, country of residence, wallet number; bank account information.
Legal basis: Your request before entering into a contractual relationship, a contract with you individuality, a contract with you in the interests of your company or with your company;

We do not use automated decision-making. 

The company is obliged to follow certain requirements, as set out by the applicable regulations, for preventing and suppressing money laundering activities, which requires us to obtain certain verification documents from you and other users before the establishment of a relationship and/or during the relationship. 2. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. The service is provided by Google, Inc. Address: Google, Google Data Protection Office, 1600 Amphitheatre Pky, 3Mountain View, California 94043, USA. Unfortunately, the country of the recipient of the data does not provide an adequate level of protection of your personal data. The Standard contractual Terms are used to transfer your data to Google to ensure that it is properly protected.

Atlas always saves for you:

• The right to get access to your personal data and correct it, delete it, restrict processing or object to processing, as well as the right for data portability;
• If the data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time at your discretion. To do this, contact us in a convenient way. Our contacts are located here;
• The right to apply for protection from supervisory authority of EU Member State where your permanent residence or place of work is or where the alleged violation of your rights occurred.
